Our Flex-Support option offers a pay-as-you-go model with no fixed-term contracts and monthly billing. Alternatively, our Managed Support option provides fixed-price, all-inclusive yearly contracts. We deliver itemized monthly logs, detailing usage down to 5-minute intervals, ensuring complete transparency on expenditure.
Operating a UK-based helpdesk from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, we also offer extended support hours for Managed Support contracts. Basic system monitoring, reporting, and alerting come standard with all support contracts, with the option to add advanced 24/7/365 monitoring and alerting as a contract add-on.
